When the streets of Idrija turn into a racetrack

This year, we can once again look forward to the rally opening with a superspecial stage through the city streets.

The event will start shortly after 2:00 p.m. with the lead cars, and at 3:00 p.m. the start of the first competition car.

You will have to pay an entrance fee of 10 euros, but with each paid ticket you can also get one free drink (up to 3 euros) on the Town Square. After superspecial there there will be a presentation of the performing crews and a party

Admission will be free for children under the age of 15.

👀Important information for visitors

Please arrive before 2:00 p.m., as the road will be completely closed at that time and it will not be possible to move to another position, so before leaving your home, check the location of the SS and parking lots on the map below, and go on time. This is the only way you can find a safe place to watch the event in peace.

• Follow the instructions of the organizers, stewards, and staff who ensure the event runs safely and smoothly.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and your children.
• If possible, leave pets at home or at safe place, as the noise from the engines can cause them stress. If this isn’t possible, keep them on a leash and make sure they don’t panic, run onto the road, or accidentally harm anyone attending the event.

By behaving responsibly and respectfully, you will ensure your own safety and that of others, and help us run the event smoothly and without any issues. Thank you!

Motorsport and adrenaline lovers, get ready — this autumn you’ll once again get your fix!
Before the grand finale, the action continues in October with the 5th Rally Soča Valley 2025. The final round of the national championship will then unfold in Idrija and its picturesque surroundings.

From 8 to 9 November, Idrija will host the 18th Rally Idrija, a traditional event that draws the best Slovenian crews and many exciting international competitors, along with crowds of enthusiastic rally fans.
Drivers will face technically demanding special stages running along Idrija’s legendary rally roads. The unpredictable November weather will add an extra layer of challenge — a true test for the bravest competitors.

Since last year’s return of the superspecial in the center of Idrija was well received and for most it was an interesting addition to the Rally in Idrija, we decided to repeat it this year as well.

The event will start shortly after 2:00 p.m. with the lead cars, and at 3:00 p.m. the start of the first competition car.

In Idrija, we have been adding a pinch of adrenaline to the magical autumn scenery for several years, which raises the temperature of the atmosphere and warms the hearts of all fans of fast cars and gasoline fumes. This year will not be an exception either.

We will open it again with attractive special stage through the city streets of Idrija on Saturday.
